Please note the following terms and conditions when booking our counselling and psychotherapy courses and workshops.
Booking your courses online
Our online booking facility allows you to book and pay for your training through our website using SagePay, a secure online payment system. Your personal information, including your payment details, are protected and will remain confidential. We will not share your details with any third party. Following your booking, you will receive an immediate confirmation of your purchase. You will receive a second email from us with full course details within 14 days of booking.
Course fees are exclusive of VAT.
In cases where an employer will fund a staff member’s training, payment may be made using our online booking system or by telephoning our office on 0333 207 6880. We will require the name, address, telephone number and email address of each course participant to complete organisationally-funded bookings.
Your contact details
Course booking confirmation and other pre-course information is sent via email. Please ensure we have your current email address for this purpose.
CPD certificates are provided at the end of each course to all participants who have completed the training. Please note that we charge £15 to re-issue lost or uncollected certificates.
Our cancellation policy
Courses that are cancelled by you more than 21 days in advance are refundable less an administration fee of £15. Courses cancelled less than 21 days in advance are not refundable in any circumstances. If you cannot attend a course you may transfer your place to another person if you provide us the name of that person at least 48 hours before a scheduled training event. No changes may be made to course bookings less than 48 hours before a training event.
When you can’t attend a booked course
We will not provide course materials (including handouts, powerpoint presentations and reading lists) to those who have booked but have not physically attended a course.
Circumstances sometimes mean that we need to cancel a training event. Should we need to cancel a course, your course fee will be refunded in full. Please note that we are not liable for any accommodation, travel or other expenses incurred by you in regards to a cancelled course.
Your personal safety and security
Please take care of your personal belongings and your personal safety while at our training events. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during our courses and workshops. We are not responsible for any accident or personal injury that occurs during our training events.
Your thoughts on our services
Please submit all comments about our courses and workshops in writing. We will respond within five days, where possible. We welcome all feedback.

Our counselling CPD courses and workshops include course folders, handouts, writing paper and attendance certificates. Please note that lunch is not provided on our courses. Refreshments are served in both the morning and afternoon.
